Library Boiler Replacement
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to replace the two existing Peerless gas-fired boilers with two new Ideal Gallant Solo boilers, one rated 399K and one rated 250K, or equivalent units, installed in the adjacent room. The work includes draining the existing system, unwiring and disconnecting piping, removing and disposing of the old boilers, supplying and installing the new boilers, reworking feed and return piping, replacing flue piping, installing a dehumidification solution, capping old venting, rewiring the new boilers to existing controls, purging and testing the system, and obtaining all required permits and inspections.
