Cost to load, transport, and dispose of yard waste, street sweeping debris, and mixed asphalt/cement debris from the Town's storage facilities at 100 Kennedy Drive in Winthrop, MA, from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The awarded contractor will provide all equipment needed to load and transport the product to a licensed and approved landfill of their choice.
