MassHousing is requesting proposals pursuant to this Request for Proposals, for a Salary Survey / Benchmark Compensation Study to evaluate the Agency's salary structure and compensation practices against relevant external labor markets. MassHousing intends to enter into a contract with the selected compensation consultant.
The consultant will be provided with MassHousing's complete DBM Salary Range Structure, updated job classifications, current classification specifications, compensation guidelines, headcount details, and other essential documents. The consultant shall conduct a market salary survey using benchmark organizations comparable in size, mission, geographic considerations, business complexity, and workforce composition. The successful consultant will be required to meet with the Executive Team and provide a written presentation upon completion of the study. All work related to the compensation study, including analysis and recommendations for revised salary ranges, shall be completed within ninety (90) days from the date of the executed contract.
