The Massachusetts Department of Conservation & Recreation (DCR) is seeking pre-qualified vendors to establish a Master Service Agreement (MSA) to provide Roadway Patch Materials including Hot Mix Asphalt (aka Bituminous Asphalt Concrete), Cold Patch, and Emulsion. DCR reserves the right to add additional roadway patch materials, if needed, over the course of this contract/procurement).
The awarded vendors will supply Roadway Patch Materials (Hot Mix Asphalt, Cold Patch, and Emulsion in 5-gallon pails) to DCR on an as-needed basis. Materials must be suitable for use under adverse weather conditions and sub-freezing ambient road conditions, bond to dry, damp, or wet surfaces, be workable with hand tools, compact by tamping or rolling, and resist distortion and raveling.
