DCR reserves the right to add additional roadway patch materials, if needed, over the course of this contract/procurement).
The awarded vendors will supply Roadway Patch Materials (Hot Mix Asphalt, Cold Patch, and Emulsion in 5-gallon pails) to DCR on an as-needed basis. Materials must be suitable for use under adverse weather conditions and sub-freezing ambient road conditions, bond to dry, damp, or wet surfaces, be workable with hand tools, compact by tamping or rolling, and resist distortion and raveling.
