A bid deposit will be required upon submission of proposals
Insurance and/or a performance bond and payment bond will be required upon the award of the contract.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday November 9, 2026 @ 11:00 a.m. at the
Maney Conference Room, Town Hall, 55 Summer Street, Lynnfield
THE TOWN OF LYNNFIELD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT, ACCEPT AND/OR EXTEND
ANY/ALL BID(S) IF IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE TOWN OF LYNNFIELD.
