Brewster Ladies Library Roof Designer RFQ

The Town of Brewster invites qualified architectural firms to submit proposals to provide design services for all phases and construction of the Brewster Ladies Library Roof Replacement Project. All respondents must be able to comply with all of the RFQ requirements and follow all instructions in preparing RFQ responses. Failure to respond properly may result in the rejection of the proposal(s).

The RFQ guidelines will be available on Wednesday October 28, 2026, and may be obtained from the Town of Brewster Website: https://www.brewster-ma.gov/234/Procurement-Services

All procedures related to this process are in accordance with Massachusetts M.G.L. C. 149, as it relates to designer service selection, and, Massachusetts GL C.7, as amended.

Five (5) copies and (1) digital thumb drive of the proposal should be submitted with all information as required in the RFQ and any supplementary materials, if desired.

Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications can be submitted to Donna J. Kalinick, Procurement Officer, dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov no later than (10) days prior to the assigned day for bid opening. Responses to these questions will be submitted via an addendum posted on our website: https://www.brewster-ma.gov/234/Procurement-Services to all bidders on record as having requested the Request for Qualifications via our website. A non-mandatory pre-site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on November 9, 2026 at 1822 Main Street Brewster MA 02631.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be labeled on the outside as:

“Proposal for Architectural/Design Services – Brewster Ladies Library Roof Replacement”, and must list the date and time of the proposal opening and sent or delivered to:

Complete proposal packages must be received at the above address by:

Time: 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time

All proposals received after the stated opening date and time will be judged to be unacceptable and will be returned unopened to the sender. Facsimile of proposals is NOT permitted. The Town of Brewster may cancel this Request for Qualifications, or reject, in whole or in part, any and all bids, if the Town determines that cancellation or rejection is in the best interests of the Town.
