The Town of Ayer is accepting quotes for the cleaning and redevelopment of Grove Pond Well 6 and Spectacle Pond Well 1B.
Quotes must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, Friday, November 13, 2026 to the Ayer DPW Water and Sewer Superintendent via email at kabraham@ayer.ma.us.
This project is being procured in accordance with MGL Chapter 30 39M, where an estimated contract amount is between $10,000 and $50,000 procurement can be obtained by a written scope of-work statement to solicit written responses from no fewer than 3 persons who customarily perform such work. This RFQ shall constitute as the written scope-of-work statement and the written response shall be included on the Quote Form included as Section 00310.
