Contractors are strongly urged to attend and participate in the non-mandatory pre-bid conference at Memorial Auditorium, Engineering Department, Room 1A01 at 2:00 PM on the 26th day of October, 2026. Representatives of the Owner and the Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
