Construction of Gravity Main Improvements for

Montgomery Farms

Project No. 70170-05

Scope of Work of the Contract includes:

Utility Improvements: Installation of approximately 2,750 LF of 12” Gravity Sanitary Sewer including manholes and encasement.

Earthwork Improvements: Installation of approximately 5,900 SY of flex base access road to a future proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant (not proposed in this bid) including culvert installation and approximately 5,520 CY of excavation.

The above improvements are a part of the “Montgomery Farms Off-site Gravity Main” plans as prepared by Pape-Dawson.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects.
