(1) FOREST OAKS LANE work includes:
(a) Removal of existing waterline, concrete pavement, 3-42" RCP culverts, sidewalks, pedestrian handrail, and two (2) headwalls.
(b) Installation of waterline offset, concrete pavement, sidewalks, 2-4'x4' RCB culverts, pedestrian handrail, a concrete slab, and two (2) headwalls.
(2) N. DIXIE DRIVE work includes:
(a) Removal of concrete pavement, 3-48" RCP culverts, sidewalk, pedestrian handrail, and concrete slope paving.
(b) Installation of concrete pavement, sidewalk, 2-5'x5' RCB culverts, pedestrian handrail, a concrete slab, and two (2) headwalls.
(3) PINE DITCH work includes:
(a) Regrade and armor Pine Ditch with concrete slope paving.

Any project questions must be posted on Civcast, PLEASE do not send questions directly to the Engineer or City Staff. A checklist of required CDBG / GLO and CITY documents has been provided in the Bid Documents section. Provide one original and one copy of bid submittal documents along with the Contractor's Bid Submittal Checklist. Please label the outside of your sealed envelope with the Project Name, Number and Bid Opening Date. If you are delivering your envelope in-person, be sure to stop by the cashier's desk at City Hall, and they will date and time stamp your envelope received. If you are using a delivery service, please use the City Hall address (25 Oak Drive, Lake Jackson, TX 77566) and LABEL the outside of your package / envelope with the Project Title, Number and Bid Opening Date.
