Scope of Work of the Contract includes:

The major work will consist of installing a fully operational 700 gallons per minute (gpm) firm pumping capacity duplex pump lift station, including electrical and controls, site work, and approximately 210 linear feet (LF) of 10”-12” sanitary sewer and force main.

The above improvements are a part of the “Plans for the Construction Montgomery Farms Lift Station” as prepared by Pape-Dawson.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects.
