This project is funded in part by the Texas General Land Office (GLO) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and is subject to all applicable federal requirements. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal labor standards, including Davis-Bacon Act and applicable Section 3 requirements.

Pre-bid meeting: October 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM (Chicago) — City of Wharton City Hall, 120 East Caney Street, Wharton, Texas 77488 — Non-mandatory. Bidders may attend in person at City Hall or virtually via MS Teams. A coordinated non-mandatory site visit will be held immediately following the pre-bid conference, anticipated to begin at approximately 9:30 AM.
Bid opening: October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM (Chicago) — City of Wharton City Hall, 120 East Caney Street, Wharton, Texas 77488 — Sealed bids must be received by the City Secretary at City Hall no later than 2:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. The bid opening may also be attended virtually via MS Teams.
