The project involves furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of a permanent 0.8 MGD concrete wastewater treatment plant, as well as the phased decommissioning and removal of the existing 0.8 MGD leased steel packaged wastewater treatment plant from the site.
