The project includes adding 115 mgd of wet-weather treatment capacity, upgrading the Four Mile and Little Miami Pump Stations to pump 215 mgd, constructing a new flow-splitting headbox, upgrading disinfection for the full 215 mgd flow, building a new maintenance facility, and demolishing existing dewatering, incineration, and maintenance facilities. The work also includes site preparation, electrical upgrades, and evaluating opportunities for energy storage and peak-shaving. The Design-Builder will deliver the project in two phases: Phase 1 (Design and Preconstruction Services) and Phase 2 (Construction and Acceptance), with a Guaranteed Maximum Price to be negotiated after Phase 1.
