The selected consultant shall provide all professional services necessary to prepare a comprehensive park renovation plan for Inwood Park from park-wide Concept Design through Schematic Design of selected priority improvements to a level sufficient to establish project scope, anticipated construction costs, and future progression into Design Development and Construction Documentation. Services shall include project management, site analysis, community engagement, multidisciplinary design coordination, historic preservation consultation, cost estimating, implementation planning, and preparation of presentation materials and design documents necessary to support project review and decision-making. The consultant shall assemble and coordinate a multidisciplinary team with expertise in landscape architecture, architecture/historic preservation, civil engineering, structural engineering, public engagement, and cost estimating. The project includes two primary design deliverables: Concept Design (a comprehensive park renovation plan) and Schematic Design (advancement of selected priority improvements). The consultant shall complete all services within approximately eighteen (18) months following issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
