The selected consultant shall provide all professional services necessary to prepare a comprehensive park renovation plan for Inwood Park from park-wide Concept Design through Schematic Design of selected priority improvements. Services include project management, site analysis, community engagement, multidisciplinary design coordination, historic preservation consultation, cost estimating, implementation planning, and preparation of presentation materials and design documents. The work involves developing a Concept Plan for the entire park, including evaluating existing conditions, developing planning concept alternatives, and preparing implementation strategies. The Schematic Design phase will advance selected priority improvements, including North Gateway Landscape Renovation, Historic Pond Rehabilitation, Historic Dance Pavilion Rehabilitation, Event Grounds Renovation, Mixed-Sport Courts, and Western Landscape Renovations, to a level sufficient to establish project scope and anticipated construction costs.
