The work includes cleaning of sewer and manhole surfaces, debris removal, lining installation via structural cementitious geopolymer lining, bypass pumping, fill/seal/abandonment of unused sewer and stubs, manhole lining, pre-lining and post-lining video taping, heavy encrustation removal, chemical grout sealing for water infiltration (contingency), and all necessary restoration of disturbed areas. The contractor must maintain sewage flow at all times via bypass pumping, maintain traffic, and comply with all permits and easement conditions. The project also includes furnishing and installing a project sign and providing a performance bond.
