The contractor must furnish all materials, labor, and equipment to replace lead service lines, including public-side and private-side work, and perform restoration of construction disturbances. Work includes concrete base restoration, asphalt concrete surface course, granular backfill, low strength mortar backfill, concrete walk, curb and gutter repair, driveway restoration, service line material investigation, lead service line replacement (various sizes), installing stop cocks, disconnecting service branches, installing curb and roadway boxes, hydro vac utility potholing, interior service relocation, topsoil furnishing and placing, seeding and mulching, cold-patch asphalt, and time and equipment units for crews and flaggers. The contractor must also comply with all applicable specifications, including ODOT Construction and Material Specifications and City of Cincinnati standards.
