The work consists of renovating the existing men's and women's restrooms at Riverside Sports Complex, including selective demolition, masonry repair, new hollow metal doors and frames, painting, new toilet compartments and restroom accessories, new plumbing fixtures, new lighting, and associated site improvements including ADA-compliant access from existing parking lots. Each restroom is approximately 130 square feet; the remainder of the building will not be improved.
