RFP AVIA 26-27 On-call Business Consulting

The scope of this contract shall be to provide on-call consulting services focused on space optimization, property management, and revenue-related planning. Work may include space planning, policy development, tenant and concession analysis, ROI assessments, and other support tasks assigned through individual Task Orders.

Insurance Requirements
The City requires the awarded vendor(s) to obtain and maintain the following insurance coverage types: Automobile-For automobile operations liability General Liability-For bodily injury or property damage, arising from products, premises, completed work, personal & advertising injury: $100,000 Workers Compensation-For lost wages and medical expenses of injured workers: $500,000

The total project value is anticipated to be: $950,000

Contract Term
The term of the project is anticipated to be: Three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms
