The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Modeling Support Office, invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). Contractor will provide engineering services to develop, enhance, and apply the CalSim modeling tools, including CalSim 3, CalLite, CalSimHydro, CS3RimInflow, and the CalSim 3 Historical Hydrology Model (CS3HIST), to support simulation of CVP and SWP system operations and their service areas. This work includes improving and applying the WRIMS simulation engine, modeling water use for agriculture, urban, and refuge needs, and simulating streamflow and surface runoff from rim watersheds and valley floor areas.
