An Intent to Submit a Proposal does not require and organization to submit a proposal, however, a proposal will not be accepted unless an Intent to Submit a Proposal is submitted on time. Please do not submit your questions to this Fi$Cal advertisement; instead, you must formally submit your questions in writing to Courtney MacArthur, School Facilities and Transportation Services Division, by email at cmacarthur@cde.ca.gov.
