Vendor provides a managed service for Splunk® Enterprise Security up to 100 SVC (the ¿Managed Services¿). Under the Managed Services, Vendor shall assist Client with monitoring and investigating security and system health alerts in Splunk (¿Splunk¿). The Managed Services may include both proprietary and third-party software solutions. The Managed Services, and any software employed by Vendor, may be revised, or modified by Vendor from time to time in its sole discretion so long as it continues to meet Vendor¿s obligations under this Statement of Work for implementation and monitoring services.
