The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to remove collision damaged fence and footings, supply and install matching replacement panels and posts set in concrete, secure all hardware, clean and legally dispose of debris at the El Centro Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 132406, Fence Repair and Replacement and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders may schedule an optional pre-bid job walk at El Centro Armory, 310 S. 4th Street, El Centro, CA 92243 by contacting MSG Wesley James (Wesley.James@cmd.ca.gov, (559) 288-4596) and/or MSG Robert Castro (Robert.Castro@cmd.ca.gov, (916) 869-0142). The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-13 - Fencing Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Lana Ponomarenko at Lana.Ponomarenko@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 9/24/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 132406. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 10/8/2026 at 2:15 PM.
