The selected Bidder will ensure that all elevators are maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition, adhering to all applicable safety codes and standards. For clarity, this solicitation is intended to cover routine, recurring maintenance and preservation-level corrective work necessary to keep equipment in its original intended operating condition.
