Elevator Inspections At Fort Necessity National Ba

The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, supplies, and supervision for the maintenance, scheduling and state fees for annual certificate inspections and repair of two (2) elevators. Work includes monthly maintenance tasks such as observing operation, examining machine room equipment, lubricating components, cleaning pits and car tops, checking car buttons, inspecting emergency alarms, and re-lamping lights. Annual inspections must be performed by a Qualified Elevator Inspector (Q.E.I.) holding current NAESA and ASME Q.E.I. certification. The contractor must also schedule and pay for Pennsylvania state annual inspections and provide follow-up reports within seven calendar days.
