The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide services to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for JFTB Los Alamitos, including data collection, analysis, visioning, conceptual development, and final deliverables, following all CAARNG and UFC planning criteria. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this RFQ as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the RFQ No. 132673, Type A & B Master Plan and Contractor Business Name. All questions regarding this RFQ MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov no later than 12:00 P.M. (PT) on 9/9/2026. Email subject lines shall reference RFQ No. 132673. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline of 9/16/2026 at 12:00 P.M. (PT).
