The Contractor must maintain current certification by the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) to perform bacteriological water testing and analysis services on raw and treated water. Certification under the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) is also acceptable. The Contractor must maintain a current, valid California Business License. Services must be performed at the Contractor¿s facility to assure holding times of samples are not exceeded. The Contractor¿s facility must be located within a 65-mile radius of SLFD.
