The Contractor shall provide, on a statewide basis, all labor, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to provide Personal Care to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) in the size and packaging requirement(s) listed below, for a two (2) year fixed period.
