The evaluation partner will work alongside the Consumer Committee, the Planning Council at large, and the PCS Staff to evaluate the Someone You Know & Love campaign. The evaluation should assess whether the campaign is reaching its intended audience and achieving its goals across four components: the website, Instagram, film, and community events. Ongoing digital analytics will assess reach and engagement over time, while participant surveys and focus groups conducted around campaign events will measure changes in HIV knowledge, stigma-related attitudes, awareness of resources, and participants' perceived ability to reduce stigma. Expected deliverables include an evaluation work plan, logic model, evaluation matrix, mixed-methods data collection tools and support, and if feasible, a digital data analytics dashboard and final reports in accessible formats.

Most Massachusetts work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
