The CM/GC Contractor will provide Phase One preconstruction services (design validation, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management) and Phase Two construction services for three new Oasis buildings at the Hinsdale and O'Hare locations. The work includes building construction (approximately 40,000 sf each), site work (parking, pedestrian access, outdoor spaces, landscaping, utility extensions), and maintaining uninterrupted operation of existing fueling stations and convenience stores during construction. The project requires careful phasing and coordination with ongoing Illinois Tollway operations.
