Vendor furnishes all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and incidentals for comprehensive inspection, identification, treatment and control of cockroaches, bed bugs, silverfish, ants, rats, mice, stored product and fabric pests, occasional invaders and stinging insects, with termite services excluded. Weekly, semi-monthly, monthly and bi-monthly services cover infirmaries including Fifer, Markword, Andrew and Schapers, domiciliary, long-term care, offices, library, halls, shops, barracks, chapel, laundry, tunnels, powerhouse, gate houses and grounds, with 2-hour response for emergency calls, weekday service hours, IPM and EPA/IDPH/OSHA compliant methods, and detailed service reports and chemical documentation.
