The vendor provides all labor and materials to replace two out-of-service freight elevator door pancake motors and the associated braking rectifier assembly, perform two semi-annual preventative maintenance visits, and complete the annual State Fire Marshal elevator inspection with documentation for the Certificate of Operation. Work must meet the Illinois Elevator Safety and Regulation Act, carries a minimum 90-day warranty, and no subcontracting is allowed.
