The Illinois Department of Transportation, District 1, Emergency Traffic Patrol Center (ETP) located at 3501S Normal Ave, Chicago, IL 60609, seeks to establish contract to provide janitorial services for the facility. The janitorial services shall include, but not limited to, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, and strip and waxing tile floors as specified in the scope of work. The Vendor shall supply liners, cleaning equipment, cleaning supplies, and paper products as needed. Regular services include cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, emptying trash, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping tile floors, restocking bathroom supplies, and more, performed five times per week, once per week, once per month, and once per year.
