Please see attachment titled RFQ Supplemental Information for additional information.
The vendor must provide Metro Ethernet transport service with speeds between 100MB and 1GB (specifically 500MB for this site) delivered via fiber, with 99.98% availability, synchronous bandwidth, ≤18ms one-way delay, and ≤12ms jitter. The service must connect the A-end location (Department of Human Services, 1315 Lehmen Dr, Chester, IL 62233) to a Z-end ICN POP site. The vendor is responsible for delivering service inside the building to the DoIT-designated telecom room at both ends, terminating on a vendor-provided switch. The vendor must maintain QoS tagging, monitor connections, allow DoIT monitoring (ICMP/SNMP), aggregate VLANs, and perform bandwidth upgrades within 30 business days of an order. The site must be fully operational within 180 calendar days of contract execution.
