Please see attachment titled RFQ Supplemental Information for additional information.
The vendor must provide Metro Ethernet services with speeds between 100MB and 1GB, delivered via fiber, with point-to-point transport between State offices and ICN POPs. The service must offer 99.98% availability or better, guaranteed synchronous bandwidth, and remain in service 24/7/365 with <=18 ms delay and <=12 ms jitter. The vendor must deliver service inside the building to the DoIT designated telecom room at A and Z end locations, terminating on a vendor-provided switch. The vendor is responsible for monitoring and maintaining connections, performing bandwidth upgrades within 30 business days, and notifying DoIT upon installation completion.
