The Vendor must mill and remove approximately 4 inches of existing asphalt, mobilize personnel and equipment, implement traffic control, clean and prepare surfaces, apply a tack coat, repave with 4 inches of bituminous asphalt, pour a 10-foot concrete approach on the south parking area, and restripe the parking lot. The approximate square footage of the parking lot is 37,700 square feet. The Vendor must also remove all debris and coordinate with the agency for scheduling.
