Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 22 at 10am at 4500 College Ave., Cedar Building, Alton, Il 62002. Bidding vendor must attend. Sub-Contractors cannot sign in for bidding vendor.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision to remove 16,230 sq ft of existing carpet and dispose off-site, prepare concrete substrates including moisture testing, crack and spall repair, mechanical profiling and cleaning, and supply and install seamless 2-part non-slip epoxy flooring with minimum 50 mils thickness, 3 coats, integral 4-6 inch cove base, decorative flakes outside patient rooms, flush finishes at drains and cleanouts, and facility-approved color supporting healthcare sanitation and infection-control standards, with work in modules, daily cleanup, coordination with facility teams, protection during curing, final walkthrough and warranties and training.
