The vendor shall provide Medical Director Services for Rehabilitation and Education-Roosevelt (ICRE-R) at 1950 W Roosevelt Rd, Chicago, IL 60608. Under administrative direction of the ICRE-Roosevelt Business Administrator or designee, the physician serves as the Medical Director of ICRE-Roosevelt. The Medical Director will be required to be on site 5 hours per month and available Monday through Friday, and will provide 24-hour coverage to ICRE-R students and be available by phone for consultation with ICRE-R medical staff and hospital medical staff on behalf of ICRE-R students, as well as consultation for ICRE-R admission records and any other medical recommendations needed by the students. The Medical Director will work an estimated 21 hours a month and be available on-call 24/7 for any students in need.
