Installation of approximately 2000 ft of anti-slip roofing walkway pad. 1600 ft to be installed on existing tan TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) VersiFleece roofing and 400 ft on existing white EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roofing. Walkway pad must be Firestone brand for the Gamma housing unit roof only and Versico brand for all other facility roofs, no substitutions. The pad must be 34 inches wide, minimum 150 mil thickness, have safety yellow edges if available, and a raised diamond plate tread pattern. Preparation and installation must be according to manufacturer's specifications and meet all applicable ASTM standards.
