Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 10:00am located at the TDF, 17019 County Farm Road, Rushville, IL. Please contact Erica Holler at 217-322-3204 ext 35043 at least 24 hours in advance to confirm attendance.
The vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to remove and replace the asphalt roadway. Replacement asphalt must meet specifications: 1.5-inch Bituminous Surface Course, 2.5-inch Bituminous Binder Course, and 8-inch Aggregate Base Type A over an approximate area of 3400 SQ FT. The vendor shall erect barricades, cones, and barrier tape for safety, remove all millings and debris, and repair any damage to existing lawn and landscape. All work must be coordinated with IDHS facility needs and performed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm) unless otherwise approved. Work must comply with applicable IDOT standards for road and bridge construction.
