The contractor will remove and dispose of two inoperable industrial washing machines on the premises of Shapiro Developmental Center and install two new industrial washing machines of comparable size and operation at 100 E. Jeffrey St., Kankakee, IL. The awarded vendor must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, furnish a surety bond of not less than the bid amount prior to work beginning, and follow the site rules in RMO150 covering identification, traffic regulations, and securing tools, equipment and materials.
