The contractor will provide support to IDHS for strategic planning, comprehensive evaluation of SOR-funded treatment and recovery service programs, management of the State Opioid Crisis Response Advisory Council and its six subcommittees, management of the Illinois Opioid Remediation Advisory Board (IORAB) and its committees, management of the Opioid Steering Committee, and preparation of reports on implementing the State Overdose Action Plan. Specific tasks include developing evaluation designs and data collection tools, convening and facilitating quarterly council and committee meetings, preparing meeting minutes and materials, maintaining membership lists, consulting with IDHS-DBHR to implement SOAP recommendations, collecting and compiling data on SOAP metrics, and preparing semi-annual implementation reports.
