The vendor will supply 360,000 total yards of white sheeting material in three annual installments of 120,000 yards each. The material must be 66-inch-wide rolls with 2 to 2.5 inch core, 3.5 oz. per square yard, 50/50 poly/cotton, rolls 250 yards in length, individually wrapped with labels on ends, color-matched to White Pantone #11-4800 TPX or approved equivalent, and packaged on pallets. Deliveries are to be made to the facility's warehouse dock at Menard Correctional Center, with possible delivery to the Knit Shop dock. The vendor must provide a one-yard sample for approval prior to award. Pricing must be F.O.B. destination with all transportation and handling included.
