Vendors are required to submit offers for medical equipment meeting or exceeding technical and functional requirements specified in purchase descriptions. Offers must include individual product pricing, multi-unit discount structures, completed vendor workup spreadsheets, and compliance matrices demonstrating how proposed equipment meets requirements. Vendors must provide supporting documentation including pre-procurement assessments, product brochures, technical drawings, security certifications, and technical training information. Equipment offered must currently be on the vendor's active HTME contract; no future or developmental items are acceptable. Offers must be submitted via Box as a ZIP file containing properly organized folders for Information and Offer-Workup-Matrix materials.
