The lessee will personally farm designated fields at Sangchris Lake State Park per the multi-year cropping plan for corn, soybeans, soybean-wheat, sunflowers, cover crops and idle acreage, providing all labor, machinery, seed, fertilizer, equipment and insurance, controlling weeds and pests, maintaining soil fertility, planting and terminating cover crops, planting 90-day corn and Clearfield sunflowers for dove fields, maintaining records and yield data, paying rent and leasehold taxes, and providing wildlife-related services when requested.
