Five-year farm lease from March 1, 2027 to February 28, 2032 for 338.43 acres planted to corn each year 2027-2031, including leaving 120 rows unharvested in a designated field, no double cropping, no neonicotinoid-treated soybean seed or Dicamba, no fall tillage without approval, weed and pest control, soil testing, chemical/fertilizer/seed logs and yield data, payment of rent and leasehold taxes, and provision of all labor, machinery, seed, fertilizer, equipment and insurance.
