Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled via Webex video conference for the purpose of explaining the procurement requirements. Please see the Pre-Bid Conference Information attachment for details.
The vendor will provide medical and laboratory gases, cylinder and bulk tank rental, deliver full cylinders to designated storage areas, pick up empty cylinders at no additional cost, and ensure all equipment is cleaned, sealed, and protected per industry standards. For bulk tanks, the vendor must provide installation, automatic switchover and alarms per NFPA 99, repair and maintenance, annual inspection, emergency service within 3 hours, and non-emergency repairs within 24 hours. The vendor must also provide training, owner/operator manuals, and reporting to CMS BOSS. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination within two business days of purchase order receipt, with a minimum order of $500.
