The vendor shall provide snow plowing and de-icing at G1401, 1600 N. Lafayette St., Macomb IL 61455, commencing at two inches of accumulation or upon Facility Manager request to maintain safe passage for buildings, parking areas, roadways, approaches, vehicular courts, ramps, walkways and steps. Work includes use of environmentally friendly de-icing products, piling snow in approved remote areas, furnishing all labor, material and equipment, maintaining a working cell phone and designated contact, clearing areas by 7:00 A.M. daily including weekends and holidays, and responding within two hours to additional service notifications.
