The contractor is responsible for all materials, equipment, supplies, labor, disposal services, incidentals, tools, and transportation to the Index Building. Work includes preparing the existing EPDM roofing system per manufacturer specifications (cleaning, patching, refurbishing areas with leaks and deterioration), installing new crickets where required to achieve positive drainage, installing a fluid-applied coating roof system, working around all existing roof-mounted accessories, providing and adhering a protective walk sheet/membrane, and providing all traffic signage and safety barricades. The contractor must also properly remove and dispose of all debris, implement safety measures, and perform work during normal business hours (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). The project must be completed by June 30, 2027.
